The problem of not getting the visibility you deserve, the clients and the media attention,
Why do you do what you do?
I help people get their message out to a wider audience by helping them get clarity on their USP (I call it their YOU-nique brilliance and offer them the tools to gain confidence on attracting and maximising media opportunities. I do it because I have seen people blow media opportunities by not being prepared and confident.
Who has been an influential role model for you/your business?
Louise Hay and working with Hay House, I’ve come to realise it’s about self esteem, and loving yourself first.
What is working best in your business right now?
I am working with a core group of amazing women on my #changemaker programme. They’ve attracted some great press and media attention. I’m also growing the Janey Loves Platinum Awards to recognise the best in organic and natural products and services.
What does a day-in-the-life of you consist of?
Rushing around at home, I have four kids, (3 teenagers) answering a million emails, going to BBC Radio 2 – getting to interview Hollywood stars and on another day interviewing cool people for my UK health radio show – not necessarily stars – yet! Planning and prepping for my Janey Loves Platinum Awards 2018 (with my holistic living hat on).
How do you stay focused and motivated throughout the day?
I always try and go for a walk if I can’t do yoga or pilates and I take time out to do ‘mini-meditations’ and I mean mini – two minutes!
How do you tackle down days?
If I can get to the sea (my addiction!) I find walking by the ocean lifts my spirits. Otherwise it’s a bath with essential oils and a good novel (by the way I have written my first novel –watch this space!
What is your No.1 business or personal goal for this year?
I’d love a fabulous book deal for my novel!

Get systems in place!

I love gifting people amazing organic goodies, watching them ditch all the chemicals one by one
