Sweet Things Savoury can produce a piece of edible artwork or bespoke luxury buffet to cater for all your needs including any dietary requirements.

Our event will be captured on film by the wonderful Julia Holland, who is the owner and full-time professional photographer at all-about-image. The business was established in 2003 and is based in Norfolk, but accepts commissions and projects throughout the UK and internationally. Julia’s passion and artistic gift is photographing people, from portraiture to events, she looks to capture the moment and bring out the story within the image.

What is an Expert Clinic?

Each Expert will be positioned on a desk in the room and you can book a 10 minute 121 slot with them to discuss an issue or idea you may have or generally seek advice or guidance from them. We recommend that you book your slot in the registration period as they will book up fast and there are limited slots available.

Can I book an Expert Clinic in advance?

No. There will be booking sheets on the expert’s desks on the day and you can book in with the person of your choice when you arrive. We recommend making that one of your first things after signing in, if you have someone specific you’d like to speak to, as we expect them to book up quickly.

I'm vegan / gluten free, will you have any food suitable for me?

Yes, we will have a selection of cakes available including standard, vegan, gluten free and vegan & gluten free. There will be a selection of tea and coffee and water available to drink. If you have a query please email support@ladiesthatplan.com

Is there plenty of parking?

There is a large car park but if you are able to car share that would be great for the environment and also the parking area as we are expecting it to be a popular event.

Is there disabled access?

Yes, the venue is wheelchair friendly.

Cancellation policy:

  1. Full refunds are available up to 4 weeks before the event date. After this date you may send an alternate to the event without additional charge. To request a cancellation or to make a change please send an email to support@ladiesthatplan.com.
  2. Refunds less a £5.00 cancellation fee will be given for cancellations received in writing to support@ladiesthatplan.com prior to the end date (4 weeks before). Following this date, no refunds will be given, but a credit will be issued to use towards another event within one year if you notify us by email to the above address 7 days or more in advance.
